TP Jain, managing director, of Monotech Systems, said, “We have been tracking the progress and sales of the Euclid around the world since we first saw it at Drupa 2012.  We believe this a great fit to our existing range of digital products and look forward to showing it to our customers.”

Highcon claims, Euclid is the world’s digital creasing and cutting machine that the kit will eliminate the need for conventional dies in the folding carton converter market, making short runs both profitable and viable in the process.

Nigel Tracey, Highcon’s international sales director, said, “Obviously, India is a huge market and I am delighted thatMonotech Systems has agreed to represent us here in India. Given its expertise in all things digital, MonotechSystems is ideally suited to help us promote the move into digital cutting and creasing for short to medium folding carton runs.”

Highcon Euclid employs precision laser optics and polymer technology to streamline and transform the die-cutting and creasing process from analogue to a digital workflow.
