Monotech Systems launches high speed industrial inkjet system

The press can be used to print scratch cards; refill coupons; paper tickets; continuous forms; direct mail; transactional and trans-promotional; commercial printing; packaging and pharmaceutical; variable data; marking; serial number; coding; direct product decoration; security printing; plastic cards; security labels and tyvek applications.

TP Jain, managing director, Monotech Systems, said, “The newly launched Jetsci-K series targets printers who would like to make their web and sheetfed offset printing presses digital either by mounting inkjet heads on the press or the digital process, which can be accomplished offline. We have received encouraging feedback from visitors.  We launched this press at Labelexpo as we want to target the label printers."

"This machine is capable of printing bar codes, VDP and QR code on labels. Our target is to provide better operating system at a reasonable cost and have also set up a separate team for production and marketing. Inkjet is getting acceptance in the market and the future for digital is bright. Currently we are running UV ink but very soon we will come up with aqueous ink," he added.

The inkjet printing press is available in three models – standards, i-series and high quality HQ.
