Manoj Kumar Garg, deputy general manager for signage sales at Monotech Systems, said, “Oce TDS750 multifunction system is on display along with other wide format printers for different applications. We are targeting the graphic art and architecture designing industry through this equipment.”

“Being the sole distributor for the wide format range for Oce, we have more than 1000 installation base in the country. First we will be upgrading those customers to our new machines and post that, we will target new customers,” added Gupta.

Monotech also has reached 300 installations for its Basysprint CtCP.

Ajeet Pareek, deputy general manager for sales at Monotech Systems, said, “In spite of unfavourable market conditions, we are meeting our target of four CtCPs in a month. Reasons for our continuous sales are robustness of the machine, economical running costs and high production speed. One more important reason is that smaller cities are opting for CtCP machines instead of manual operation.”

Monotech is one of Konica Minolta’s Indian representatives and has installed the maximum number of presses as compared to its other representatives.

Utpal Raina, deputy general manager, digital systems at Monotech Systems, said, “We have the largest share in installation base of Konica Minolta digital printing presses in the country. Till the date we have installed around 700 presses and out of the total installed machines, 100 are KMC 8000.”

“From the starting of this financial year we have installed around 140 digital printing presses. A Surat-based firm, KCL  Digital Imaging, has six KMC 8000 on its shopfloor which is a testimony for Konica Minolta, ” he concluded.
