The two models, C200TC and C300TC, are based on the same technology as its existing models C400TC and C500TC but have smaller size ranges and reduced equipment option.

These are thermo controlled machines, which have constantly heated sealing bars as opposed to impulse sealing technique, so as to offer reliability and reproducibility.

At its stall, the company also showcased innovative solutions to produce portion packs of viscous food and non-food products and entry-level tray sealers consisting of denester and a conveyor belt labeller.

Multivac’s stall demonstrated various other solutions for packaging industry including a new tray carrier to transport trays to tray sealers on a multi-lane and multi-row basis and marking and label dispensing solutions to name a few.

All the solutions from Multivac have one thing in common, it takes automation to another level with advanced electronics and robotics.
