Naykpura aims to up productivity by 75% with Eco Plus

Son N Naykpura offers die-making services to printers, print finishers and corrugated packaging companies from states like Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Haryana and union territories like Daman and Silvassa.

Biren Naykpura, managing director of the firm, takes pride on being able to offer the very latest technologies to his clients. After studying the various machines available in the market, the firm opted for Serviform due to its brand name, quality and after sales services.

The Eco Plus machine is equipped with window-based software developed specifically for the rotary die making industry. The machine can process steel rule of size up to 32mm high.

“Features of the software are easy to use and offer flexibility and perfect interface-ability with existing networks. This machine is equipped with features such as online nicking, perforating, combination rule and broaching,” said Naykpura.

“The Eco Plus machine is 1.5 times faster than the existing Serviform machine. With the new machine, we believe that the production capacity will increase by 75%″ concluded Naykpura.
