Dargan, who worked with Vyas at Indo European Machinery, said the time spent with him was like life, full of all kinds of memories.
“I had the privilege of knowing him from the end 1990s, working together for Indo European Machinery. Thereafter, he moved to Proteck but always remained involved with sheetfed offset machines, followed by working for Manroland Sheetfed in the last three years, always fighting in the marketplace,” Dargan said.
“I had known him to be a highly religious, cheerful person, teetotaller and a vegetarian, away from all vices, leading a healthy active life till his end. The printing industry has lost an avid livewire personality. I feel privileged to have known him and to have shared a part of his life. He will be sadly missed. I shall keep him in honourable remembrance with much warmth. I wish to express my sincerest condolences to his family and may his soul rest in peace,” he added.
Dargan also fondly remembered the last sale of Roland Evolution of 708LV+UV to Jash Packaging which he achieved with Vyas.
