As a label and packaging leader, Neha Converters has always prioritised innovation. Its decision to invest in the ArrowJet Aqua 800M showcases its dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry. Under the leadership of CEO RK Yadav, Neha Converters continues to embrace the latest advancements to deliver top-tier services to their clients.

Yadav said, “We’ve been searching for a solution that could handle wider formats without compromising on quality and precision, especially for short and medium runs. The ArrowJet Aqua 800M’s 25-inch-wide web printing capability has opened new avenues for us, enabling us to meet a broader range of packaging requirements with remarkable efficiency. Additionally, the Aqua 800M’s 1,600x1,600-dpi resolution allows us to deliver unmatched clarity, even on intricate designs. Plus, the modular design and dual-carriage setup gives us flexibility in the kind of jobs we can take on.”

Sam Patel, CEO and MD of Arrow Digital, remarked, “The installation of the ArrowJet Aqua 800M at Neha Converters is a monumental step for both our companies. At Arrow Digital, our focus has always been on empowering clients with top-of-the-line technology, and the ArrowJet Aqua 800M is a true game changer. With its 25.39-inch print width and a speed of up to 60m/min, it’s exactly what’s needed to scale operations and tackle even more ambitious projects.”

On Neha Converters' future plans, Yadav said, “We are particularly excited about the combination of speed and precision that the Aqua 800M offers. Our goal is to expand our market presence by providing more customised, short-run jobs with no minimum orders — something this technology supports perfectly. The printer’s ability to handle various substrates like PET, BOPP, metPET, alu, foil, multilayer film, shrink PET or PVC allows us to explore flexible packaging for high-end cosmetics, premium food products, coffee pouches, nutraceuticals, etc, which is rapidly gaining momentum in India.”

Patel added, "Neha Converters is on an exciting path, and the durability and colour vibrancy provided by MemJet’s DuraFlex water-based pigment inks will be ideal for ensuring long-lasting designs, even for high-end applications. The AJ800M is also well-suited for printing wallpaper and wall graphics with precision and ease. Since the M stands for modular, you can customise the AJ800M with additional features such as inline varnish, inline primer, inline rotary slitter, inline lamination, and more.

On the topic of efficiency and sustainability, Yadav said, "This technology not only reduces production costs and saves time but also shortens our delivery timeline, giving us a huge competitive edge. We have been seeking inkjet solutions that offer vivid colour while aligning with environmental standards, and the water-based Nestle compliant, pigment inks fit perfectly. They help us enhance our position as a more sustainable, eco-conscious company.”

Patel concluded, “With the ArrowJet Aqua 800M, we are setting new industry standards. This installation represents a pivotal moment for Neha Converters as they expand their offerings and capabilities. We are confident this technology will help us both achieve our goals of delivering exceptional, sustainable packaging solutions. The future is bright, and we’re ready to seize the opportunities ahead, together.”
