MK Sharma of New Graphics Security Printer said, “The positive customer feedback and features of the printer made it an easy decision to invest in the hardware. Konica Minolta is the face of innovation in the printing industry and as an old player. The need to innovate and integrate ourselves with industry trends is ever-growing.”

He added, “The post-purchase services of Konica Minolta have been above satisfactory. We’ve never had any problems getting help when we needed it. During the installation, the Konica Minolta engineers gave us thorough demos and walk-throughs, making sure we understood everything. And whenever we’ve had questions or issues with the hardware, they’ve always been easy to reach and ready to assist.”

New Graphics Security Printer was established 22 years ago, and it has been involved in the printing services industry ever since. Over these two decades, the company has grown and evolved alongside the industry, building a strong foundation and reputation for delivering quality work.

The company serves an assortment of clients, as it doesn’t limit itself to a specific niche. Instead, it handles a variety of printing needs, including books, cards, and digital printing. Its broad approach allows it to work on different types of projects, ensuring we can meet the needs of each client.

Currently, the team consists of around 30 to 35 employees.

Sharma said, “The AccurioPress C7090 has been a reliable workhorse for us, but we're planning to add to our hardware a single-colour printer from Konica Minolta. We're considering expanding our equipment in the future to offer a broader range of colours and meet more diverse printing needs.”

He added, “AccurioPress C7090 has had a promising start, as anticipated. Although we are yet to reach our expected return, it is a goal well within our reach. The printer delivers a premium quality output hence the return is only expected to perpetually grow alongside our company. As we plan on expanding the business, we plan to invest in other machines by Konica Minolta to be able to satisfy clientele needs with added quality.”
