Novaflow Systems, a part of Corob Group after its acquisition in 2017, specialises in producing customised, gravimetric dispensing solutions for industries such as ink, printing, packaging, paint, and various niche markets for around 30 years. Corob's global network of vast sales and service infrastructure gives Novaflow the leverage to expand its reach. Corob operates in various regions, including North America, Europe, Asia, and South America, providing comprehensive dispensing, mixing and software solutions for paint, printing ink, packaging, coating, dye, oil, adhesive, fragrances, silicone, and chemical markets. This global presence enables Novaflow to provide innovative and customised solutions to a diverse range of industries, ensuring they meet the specific needs of their clients worldwide.

Novaflow has developed a modular design for in-plant dispensing equipment. This approach uses hardware components coupled with in-house developed software, enabling safe, reliable, and cost-efficient applications across multiple industries, including paint, printing ink, packaging, coating, dye, oil, adhesive, fragrances, silicone, and chemicals.

The company's flagship product, the Novaflow N50 Ink dispensing system, has garnered widespread recognition for its high accuracy and automated weight-based dispensing capabilities, said Dipankar Bhattacharjee, head of sales for Novaflow Systems. "Designed to operate in hazardous environments, the N50 dispenser family can accurately dispense up to 28 components into various batch sizes, boasting features such as cloud database connectivity and integrated Spectro connectivity," said Bhattacharjee. In a recent development, Novaflow Systems has introduced the Nova+ model, expanding its product line to handle 48 components, thus offering customised solutions tailored to diverse customer application needs.

Through DIC India, Novaflo has recently installed the Novaflow N50 ink dispensing at one of the largest converters, which has an annual consumption of 1,000-MT of ink.

Utsab Chaudhary, chief technology officer of DIC India, said, "The machine can accommodate multiple job changes, resulting in a reduction of dispensing time. It can prepare spot colours with quick turnover time. DIC supports providing value-added options to customers to maintain business continuity. This also supports DIC's sustainability initiative towards no VOC exposure level."

According to Novaflow Systems, its expansion in India signifies the company's commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the Indian market. "It underscores our dedication to prioritising customer satisfaction and organisational excellence. This includes the development of fully automated dispensing systems that reduce human error, increase production speed, and improve consistency in batch manufacturing," said  Bhattacharjee.

He added, "Our customer-centric approach, coupled with our focus on actively listening to customer feedback and analysing actionable insights, has positioned Novaflow Systems as a trailblazer in the dispensing industry, driving product development and improvement to effectively address our clients' needs, preferences, and concerns. Novaflow works closely with its clients to develop customised solutions that meet specific needs. Novaflow is set to redefine the dispensing industry landscape in India."
