Gallus Screeny is a rotary screen printing form, an in-house development by Gallus and is designed out of a unique microstructure, stabilised fabric and perfect structural balance of photosensitive coating to ensure maximum printing quality and consistency for extremely fine lines, solids and relief printing.
Established in 1985, Numex Blocks is a renowned pre-press trade shop, which specialises in flexo and letterpress plate production for the flexible packaging, labels and corrugated markets across India.
Nitin Patil, owner of Numex Blocks said, “Our aim was to offer a wide range of screen printing plates in the label industry and Gallus suited the need. Gallus Screeny offers by far the largest selection of rotary screen printing plates in the label printing industry”.
Numex will supply the Gallus Screeny plates either as an unexposed or exposed sheetfed stock or in the form of ready to use printing cylinders.
“Numex will make sure the plates reach the customers in day’s time or in a few hours in case of emergency,” said Patil. The Gallus Screeny plates are compatible with non-Gallus presses.
“Use of premium tools and consumables is the only way to produce high quality labels and in that sense Gallus Screeny provides reliability in production, optimum ink flow, stability, torsional strength, and the consistently high quality of the screen fabric and the plate’s photopolymer layer,” said Patil.
“Gallus Screeny has turned out to be an ideal complement to Numex’s high quality product portfolio thereby supplementing the Indian label industry with tried-and tested, reliable solution for rotary screen printing,” concluded Patil.
