Dr SK Garg, who retired as a principal of Aggarwal College, Ballabgarh, passed away on 7 August 2023. Born on 30 August 1948, in Fatehpur Baloch in Faridabad district, Garg was a distinguished educationist, a visionary entrepreneur, and a compassionate philanthropist.

Garg’s passion for education and relentless commitment led him to rise to the position of principal at Aggarwal College, a role he held until 31 August 2008. His tenure as principal underscored his unwavering dedication to fostering knowledge and nurturing young minds. Post-retirement, Garg joined NBG Printographic Machinery in 2008.
Garg’s tenure marked a pivotal chapter in the history of Aggarwal College, Ballabgarh. Against the backdrop of an evolving economy and shifting job market, he orchestrated a transformative era by launching the self-finance wing. This visionary move introduced an array of diverse vocational courses tailored to meet the demands of the changing times.
From its modest inception, a single campus developed into an impressive three well-equipped portals catering to boys, girls, and the self-finance co-ed division. These branches offered education and nurtured skills essential for the contemporary workforce.
In 2003, Aggarwal College achieved a significant milestone, earning its first NAAC accreditation. The esteemed B+ status it secured was a testament to its excellence, outshining others in the region. By 2004, the college's student body had grown to an impressive 2200, guided by a faculty of 90 teachers across 60 classrooms.
With modern laboratories, a vast library, and sprawling playgrounds, Aggarwal College became a nexus of holistic growth. Its prowess extended across cultural, athletic, and civic domains, boasting exceptional achievements in sports, cultural events, NSS, NCC, and community service.
The college’s influence extended beyond national boundaries. A crowning achievement during Garg’s tenure was the selection of the college’s mime to represent India in the SAARC Youth Festival — an esteemed international event of profound significance. This honour showcased the college’s commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also artistic and cultural talents.
After retirement from college, Garg joined NBG Printographic Machinery in 2008, a testament to his exceptional innovation and forward-thinking outlook. This undertaking not only etched his presence onto the canvas of the business world but also showcased his determination to explore uncharted territories.
Under his leadership, NBG Printographic Machinery emerged as a frontrunner in the realm of web offset printing machines. From its modest beginnings, Garg’s commitment and vision propelled the company to remarkable heights. With a resolute spirit, he orchestrated the company's evolution into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, epitomising cutting-edge technology and unmatched quality.
Beyond its domestic achievements, NBG, under Garg’s guidance transformed into a global force, exporting its products to over 35 countries. This global reach stands as a testament to his acumen in not just envisioning but realising expansion on an international scale.
