The TechnoFold 1100PC, which can run solid board up to 800-gsm and three-ply micro-fluted cartons up to 20-mm folded thickness, conveyor width of this model is 30-mm and upper conveyors are also gear driven. This machine conveyor movement is also motorised not manual.

Omega runs its corrugation business in 1,000-sqm plant and converts 150-tonnes of kraft paper per month to manufacture E, F & narrow flute corrugated boxes for its clients.

Jain said soon the company will shift its corrugation business in its newly established 2,700-sqm plant.
