Omet to feature XFlex X4 label press at Labelexpo India 2014

Launched at Labelexpo Brussels 2011, Omet XFlex X4 is an eight-colour all servo press with advanced controls, which is operator-friendly with maximum automation, shorter web path, minimum waste, gearless anilox roll, Omet’s unique Rock'n'Roll matrix re-winder for increased productivity, delam-relam, web turnbar, cold foiling unit, fully automatic register control system capable of registering in machine direction and cross direction without manual intervention, etc. 

The press has an extremely short web path and is capable to handle a vast range of materials from 12 micron films to 250 gsm board. It can produce shrink sleeves, flexible packaging materials, self adhesive labels and a variety of other packaging materials

XFlex X4 machines have been installed in India at Seljegat in Sivakasi, Arunodaya Print Pack in Hyderabad and Unique Photo Offset in Mumbai.
