Orient has booked the machine on display at G&K Vijuk’s stall (Hall 1/Stall A-22). The machine will be installed at Orient’s unit by the end of Q1 2015 by Vijuk’s Indian representative Welbound Worldwide (Hall 5/Stall C-4).

The new model of Vijuk MV-11 triple knife outsert system comes with a new 20-plate GUK FA53 folder, which enables folding of larger outserts up to 294 panels.

Orient, which is exclusively dedicated to pharma outserts and inserts, settled for this machine to meet the growing demands in the outserts and inserts segments. According to Arvind Badjatya, director, Orient Pack-N-Prints, the machine will enable Orient to offload its existing work on the other machines it has.

The company shopfloor already boasts of a G&K Vijuk FA53 18 plate folding machine and Herzog + Heymann machine. Also, at its shopfloor stands a raft of Pratham folding machines, and 12 Heidelberg one-colour and two-colour machines.
