PackPlus South 2013 to have more than 300 exhibitors

PackPlus South 2013, the first UFI approved packaging industry exhibition in the country will return to Hyderabad’s HITEX International exhibition centre for their 2013 edition between 5-8 July 2013.

Acme Machinery, Baumer India, Esko India, Pidilite Industries, Pragati Pack, Singhania Offset Printers, Stallion Innovative Machines, Suba Solutions and Uflex are some of the major exhibitors who have confirmed their presence at this year’s event.

According to the organisers, PackPlus South 2013 will be spread across an exhibition area of 10,500sq/m. Over 300 companies are expected to showcase the latest technologies label manufacturing, inkjet printing, foiling machines, plastic and glass bottle manufacturing and shrink and stretch wrapping machines.

Along with the exhibition, a conclave ‘Packaging the Future – In the emerging Indian retail scenario’ will also be held at Novotel, Hyderabad. The conclave is being jointly organised by Print-Packaging.com and Andhra Pradesh Corrugated box Manufacturers Association (APCMA). The conclave will be held on 5 and 6 July 2013.

The ‘UFI approved’ label will provide an assurance to the PackPlus South exhibitors and visitors that they will benefit from a professionally planned and managed event.”

PackPlus South 2012 had 243 exhibitors in a total exhibition area of 4,115 that included 86.4 % of domestic and 13.6 % international companies. The total number of unique visitors at last year’s PackPlus South was registered at 7,062.
