Shubh Rastogi, the company’s CEO, said, “RMGT was the perfect choice for us. The machine is compact, utilises less electricity and fits into our budget. The production levels of this machine exceeded our expectations, which makes us happy.”

Palak Printers is an authorised printer for government academies such as NCERT, Delhi University’s School of Open Learning, IGNOU and NIOS, among others. It primarily prints long-run jobs.

Rastogi states that the RMGT machine has enabled the company’s levels of production to double. “The maximum speed on a straight press is about 16,200 sph. The print quality is brilliant. The colour consistency is accurate. Since the machine also uses comparatively less electricity, it enables us to reduce our carbon footprint.”

The RMGT requires minimal manual labour, with most functions being performed at the press of a button. The plates and blankets of the machine are also automated.

The RMGT 920 machine was commissioned by Provin Technologies who also provide monthly maintenance for five years. Rastogi is quick to state that Palak Printers has faced no technical problems with the RMGT eight months into the installation, which was done in July 2024. The installation process took about a week.

Palak Printers is on the cusp of purchasing another machine, and its brand loyalty to RMGT appears to be high. “If we procure another machine, we would love for it to be an RMGT. It aligns perfectly with everything that we want.”
