Nilesh Shah of KMI Business Solutions expected Pamex to attract a better footfall. He also shared that the company has booked four machines at the show. "KM 452 has been getting a lot of consumer attention these days. Apart from it, the two newly launched machines C8000 and 70HC, have been getting really good response. We have sold two 70HC and one C8000 recently. In fact, we were the first to sell the 70HC printer," Nilesh Shah, managing director of KMI Business solutions.




Hi-Tech Systems,  the Mumbai-based finishing equipment dealer has launched a range of finishing equipment at Pamex, Lhermite automatic perforating, punching and cutting signature. According to Parag Shah, managing director at Hi-Tech, the machine is ideal for manufacturers of diaries and notebook planners. "The speed of the machine will allow these manufacturers to take in last minute orders, and fulfill their commitment," said Shah. He added that the machine can be connected to almost all folding machines including Shoei, Stahl and Kolbus. "It a the first such machine to be introduced in India," said Shah. "It can be connected online or offline, depending on the number of folding machines being operated at a plant." The machine, which has a maximum cycle speed of 10,000 per hour, can index, cut and perforate at the same time. Besides this, the company has also launched GPM 450SA, a creasing – perforating machine, and has on display a range of other post-press machinery from Bacciotinni and James Burn International among others.




Bhogle Engineering Works has unveiled a new laminator, Thermolam 800 AC, with a working width of 800 mm at the speed of 15 mpm. It can laminate 100 to 500 gsm paper with auto-sheet cutter. This machine includes features like accurate variable special DC drive, inline sheet separator, film cutting unit, film perforated unit, sheet sensor, indication temperature controller, uniform temperature heating roller, operator friendly control panel, unwind shaft micro adjustment and super finish heating roll. 3S Graphic Solutions is the authorised dealer for BEW. SS Saini, business head, 3S Graphic Solutions, said: "Kadam Digital, Thomson Press and Gopson are few of our renowned customers, and we have sold the Thermolam 800 to Aarvee Printers. We are expecting to sell around six machines during the show."




Electromec,  the manufacturer of post-press machinery has displayed a six-clamp perfect binder in the diamond series. According to the Coimbatore-based company, the perfect binder on display is capable enough to produce 2,500 copies per hour with a book width of two inches. Ravi Kumar, Electromec, said: "This is the ideal equipment for processing 20,000 books per 12 hours shift. Around 100 visitors visited us during the last two days." This perfect book binder has user-friendly features like line-creasing adjustments on the fly, precision tail and head end cut-off spin gluing with scale, automatic cover feeder with scoring device, strip milling and roughening station with separate waste exhausted system, hot melt spine gluing device with two forward rollers and a reverse roller fitted with heater and infra red electronic cover control device.
