Among them, the compact, high-speed Chengling Tech folder-gluer was bought by Bhiwadi, Rajasthan-based packager Ruchipack.

Dishant Goel, while finalising the order, said, “I was looking for a pasting machine for PET cartons for some time now. This is the best machine in China, but I was circumspect about service in India. Now that Ample Graphics is dealing with Chengling Tech, I immediately confirmed the order.”

The AOER fully automatic foil stamping machine on display at the exhibition was bought by Mumbai-based Award Offset Printers & Packaging, and will be installed at the company’s Silvasa plant. This kit weighs 18-tonnes and has a maximum cutting pressure of 400-tonnes. The specially designed honeycomb and heating plate make the operations simple and maintain the accuracy over a longer lifespan of the machine.

Nitin Shah, director at Award, said the machine was thoroughly inspected by Krunal, Shah’s nephew and a director at Award before confirming the order. “We have suggested some improvements which will be incorporated in the machine,” he said.

This is the fourth machine which will be supplied by Ample.  “We are satisfied with the level of service and the pain they take to identify the right product for our requirements,” said Shah.
