Pamex 2020: Vijaya strikes two deals for Veenine 65
Sahibabad-based JP Print N Pack and Parwanoo-based Shri Balaji Industries have finalised the order for Vijaya Veenine 65 carton folder gluer for lock bottom cartons at Pamex 2020 in Mumbai.

Prashant Kumar of Vijaya Grafiks said, “JP Print N Pack has been our existing customer for six years now. And the order for Veenine 65 ensures JP’s trust in the quality we provide.”
Vijaya Veenine 65 has a speed of 300 metres/minute. It comes with optional features such as third bottom track and top track final folding unit, plasma curing system, quality assurance system, and Braille embossing system.
Hemat Sharma of JP Print N Pack said, “Our clientele, which includes neighboring reasons such as Nepal, employs automated machines and hence, they required an automated lock bottom manufacturing solution. Veenine 65 will enable us to provide a five folding feature. It comprises of a unique and advanced side pasting feature, and this acted as a deciding factor for procuring the machine. The machine will drastically reduce our make-ready time and bost our production by at least 60-70%.”
Veenine’s special features include gum flap grinder, straightening device for rectangle and tri-ply cartons, catch cover attachment, and a fully stainless steel glue assembly, among other features.

Vijaya has installed more than 80 Veenine machines across the country. Speaking about Pamex 2020, Kumar said, “We have got good response for folder gluers, window patcher and liner cartons, and we are confident that the leads will be converted into successful orders.”
Kumar said, “The three ply corrugated cartons are in demand in the Indian market. We have recently developed a machine that can handle 40-inch cartons and employ lock bottom operations. The machine has already been installed in two Sonipat-based companies, Arihant Printers and Durable Packaging.”
