Pamex 2020: Zhongke notches up two orders from Concord
Vadodara-based Concord Printing has invested in a Wenhong 1050 SF automatic die-cutting and hot foil stamping machine and a LC-740 automatic corner cutting and line pressing window patching machine at Pamex 2020 in Mumbai.

The machine has been commissioned by Lichen Machinery and Wenhong Machinery's Indian representatives Zhongke India.
Arshad Memon, director, Concord Printing, said, “The machine will be an add-on to our packaging process. The metallurgy and technology of the machine has lured us to purchase it. This automatic die-cutter will help us provide value addition with faster productivity. And thus, it will enable us to have a competitive edge in the market."
The machine comprises of five foiling stations, in which post-press operations such as embossing can be incorporated. It operates in a working speed of 7,500 sph.
In addition to the die-cutter, Concord has also invested in a LC-740 automatic corner cutting and line pressing window patching machine, which is suitable for producing a wide range of cartons such as tissue boxes, cosmetic boxes, and milk cartons, among others.
The window patching machine adopts a belt pumping mechanism, which helps in continuous feeding operations. It boasts of a mechanical speed of 7,000 sph.
"Both the investments will strengthen our offerings in the packaging segment and help us cater to the trending market requirements and demands," added Memon.
