Pamex 2023: VS Packaging invests in Zhongke die-cutter

Vadodara-based VS Packaging bought an automatic die-cutting machine, the WH-1050SS, from Zhongke India on the second day of Pamex 2023 at Bombay Exhibition Centre.

This is VS Packaging’s fifth machine from Zhongke India.

“With the WH-1050SS, we hope to strengthen our productivity,” said Mujahid Sulemani, general manager, VS Packaging.

The automatic high-speed die-cutting machine has a Japanese custom-made feeder to ensure the stability and smooth sheet feeding. With a working pressure of 400T, the machine has a design speed of up to 8000 sheets/hour and accuracy within 0.15-mm. Equipped with both top feeder and lead edge feeder, can efficiently run 4-mm corrugated jobs.

The company is into the manufacturing of printed mono cartons and master cartons. It delivers a complete packaging solution to its clients with the help of two lamination machines; an auto-lamination machine and an auto reel-to-sheet machine.

Sulemani said the company envisions to be one of the leading companies in India in the next five years. “We are proud to be one of the recognised companies in Vadodara," he added.
