The TK4S is a 2,500x1,600mm table sample maker equipped with three modules, a 1.8kW routing system, and an automatic knife initialisation system. It can cut at a speed of up to 1,500mm/sec.
Surender Baniwal, the business head at Impact Promotions, has recently installed Ample’s first double-robotic head, an automatic rigid box-making machine in Noida. “We needed a machine that could produce short-run prototypes for approval and easy production. We decided on the IEcho machine because it fitted well in our scheme of things – cost and the people handling IEcho machines, including Brijesh Puri of Emerging Graphic, who takes care of the North region,” said Baniwal.
Impact Promotions began in 2008 when Baniwal, a soldier at the time, decided to enter the printing business. Since then, the company has been specialising in packaging and signages and is equipped with offset printing presses, including RMGT’s (then Ryobi's) first 925D LED UV in India, wide-format presses and fabricating unit.
The IEcho machine is fitted with a modules that can handle cutting rigid boxes as well as acrylic material. “We do a lot of POSM work for brands besides rigid boxes, and this machine will be very handy,” said Baniwal.
According to Tushar Pande, director at Emerging Graphics, India has nearly 50 large-format IEcho machines. “The entire setup of our stand has been produced using the IEcho TK4S machine, and the printing KingT flatbed corrugation printer installed at our demo centre in Navi Mumbai.”
Besides the IEcho sample makers, Emerging Graphics has also launched the Haotian label press at the show with inline spot coating, foiling, and die-cutting for short-run labels.
The company has 200+ installations of our pre-press software in packaging and around 150+ machines for digital-cutting across India. In 2023, the company has completed installations of around 40 machines.
