With eight months to go, Dev Nair, the president of the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) said, Pamex 2015 boasts of "100 confirmed exhibitors" across 4000 sq/m space for its tenth edition to be held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai.

Organised by Printpackaging.com and the husband-wife duo of Anil and Neetu Arora, the show will be held between 9-12 December.

In concurrence to the four-day expo, the AIFMP will organise a full-day conference, which will bring on board both technology makers and adopters. The aim of the conference, according to Tushar Dhote, who is co-chairman Pamex organising committee, "is to ensure more than one lakh visitors attend the show."

Within the next few months, G Ashokan, chairman of the Pamex Organising Cmmittee, expects to add 6000sq/m to the existing 4.000sq/m. "The old formula of one big print show (PrintPack) in Delhi and another big show (Pamex) in rest of India will be revived with this edition. This is good for the betterment of the print industry and we expect a larger participation from the industry."

To boost visitor footfalls, the Pamex team will conduct technology specific roadshows for the benefit of its affiliate associations. Furthermore, the AIFMP has partnered with Print and Publishing to produce three 24-page newsletters prior to the show which will highlight the exhibitor's products in December.

The core group was addressed by Anil Arora and Tushar Dhote. After which a discussion about Pamex promotion, international exhibition and outreach program was led by senior committee members from the AIFMP, BMPA and MMS.

The key persons who attended the meeting were from Grafica Flextronica, Insight, Label Planet, SLKCG, and TechNova Imaging Systems, among others.
