Parvati Printers gets Canon

Sangli, Maharashtra-based Parvati Printers has invested in a Canon ImagePress C710 digital production printer.

Deepak Sadashiv Joshi of Parvati Printers said, “We approached different machine manufacturers for the expansion of our printing segment, but found no other company like Canon. The company’s proactive responses, commitment and customer-friendly approach helped us decide upon the Canon machine.”

In the business for the last 40 years, Parvati Printers was established in 1982

Joshi said, “We specialise in architectural drawings, printing for frames, myler printing, customised printing and copying jobs. We runn three units in Sangli and look forward to expanding to other cities.

He added, “Our second generation is taking over the business now. So, we look forward to more technically sound and productive machines with Canon while we expand our business boundaries.”

The Canon ImagePress C710 series is a light colour production printers that incorporates advanced technologies to help small commercial printers and jobbers to drive business performance in a compact footprint. its offers robust production speeds of up to 70-ppm. 

The machine is embedded with best-in-class features like translucent CV toner for gloss and matt print result, multi exposure 32 beam red VCSEL laser for improved granularity, elastic intermediate transfer belt for best texture media results and have many leading colour control mechanism for accurate and consistent color reproduction. 

It incorporates many image quality and productivity enhancements like 2,400x2,400-dpi, 190-lpi offset equivalent print quality, CRT unit for better front and back print registration, standard envelope printing and supports printing on media up to 1,300-mm for 350-g/m2 paper allowing expanded application support.
