Photography showcase at Photo Video Asia show

Photo Video Asia, a B2B exhibition for the photography and videography industry was held in New Delhi on 29-31 August offering the opportunity to network with stakeholders and form stronger clientele.

Over 220 international companies showcased their products and technologies at the show

Over 220 international companies showcased their products and technologies. The range included products such as cameras, printers, video cameras, albums and image capturing to show image production. The target audience of the exhibition included those from the photography and videography industries, multimedia students and faculties and those from the broadcast and film division. 

The exhibitors included prominent names like Canon, Fujifilm, SplashJet, HP, Konica Minolta, Nikon and Hyundai and companies such as Malik Framing, Nippon Enterprises and Album House among others. 

The footfall of the trade-show was heavy with over 37,000 visitors.

Konica Minolta had on display its AccurioPress 7100 and AccurioPress 84C, the newest technological innovations of the company offering longer sheet sizes of up to 1,300-mm and duplex up to 900-mm. 

Monotech Systems had their large format printers on display, models of Canon with seven-colour pigment ink, a 500 GB hard drive and a multi- functional roll- system. The Lucia Pro ink helps to improve light resistance and preserve vibrant colour for extended storage. 

Fujifilm’s stall too garnered a great deal of traction, with a live model dressed in evening wear and camera persons clicking photos that printed immediately, allowing everyone to be intrigued at the idea of a memento, with leading to several people purchasing the instant cameras.

Visitors claimed to visit the stalls for several purposes including seeking new products, collecting market and trend information, networking, and finding the right suppliers.
