Popli Graphics introduces Sitexco

The SitexcoLabel series is dedicated to the label printing industry. Popli has introduced the SitexcoLabel L10, the entry model, to the Indian market.

Sanjeev Popli, director, Popli Graphics, said, “We are preparing to launch at Labelexpo India, which will take place in November. After the exhibition, we will launch the higher models as per the industry’s requirement.”

The SitexcoLabel L10 can wash up to 500-mm anilox rollers.

“Anilox rollers cleaning is a time-consuming and chemically driven process in most of the flexible packaging printing companies. The result of the process doesn’t come up to the mark. We found that most of the converters are struggling with the issue. So, we introduced the laser cleaner. There is no chemical required in the chemical process, and it is easy to use and less space is required. Chemical discharge is a big issue from the label converters because of the chemically driven anilox cleaning process and we are happy to offer a product which can make chemical use and discharge zero. Thus, it became environment-friendly, which is the need of the hour,” Popli said.

He added that label printers and flexo pre-press houses will be on radar for the Sitexco Label series. “We have installed the SitexcoLabel L10 at our Demo centre at Wazipur Industrial Area, New Delhi. At present we welcome any converter to test the anilox roll and experience the benefits.

The Sitexco Plus series is dedicated for wide web flexo presses, varnishes and coatings. The series has four models — Sitexco Plus SNP 1.0; Sitexco Plus SLP 1.5; Sitexco Plus SLP 2.5 and Sitexco Plus SLP 3.2. The maximum cleaning length goes from 850-mm to 3,250-mm. Popli said this series is for bigger sizes of anilox rollers from different segments of the industry.
