Post Fespa Eurasia, Grafica aims to achieve 25% export
Grafica Flextronica, the Vasai-based manufacturer of screen print and allied equipment has aimed to achieve 25% export figures following it successful participation in Fespa Eurasia 2013 international exhibition, which was held in Turkey, Istanbul from 3-5 October 2013

Grafica manufactures and exports flatbed automatic and semiautomatic screen printing machines, complete screen making set up, and curing/drying equipment for wide range of applications under three major segments of screen printing – direct-to-garment/textile, industrial, commercial, and graphics.
Bhargav Mistry, managing director, Grafica, said, “This was one of our most successful international trade shows in the recent past. A top Fespa official also complimented our stall stating that it was one of the busiest in the exhibition.”

In association with its Turkey distributor – Fatih Tekstil, Grafica had showcased nano-prinTag, a brand new direct to garment (DTG) automatic tagless label screen printing machine, and nano-prinTex, a DTG screen printing machine (12 colour/ 14 pallet configuration) along with two flash curing system (nano-flashTex) and nano-Texdrer.
“Grafica’s nano-prinTag and nano-prinTex were show stoppers at the exhibition. The visitors were eager to know how all these electrical-mechanical DTG screen printing machines run smoothly and silently without the attachment of a compressor,” said Bhargav.
These machines were installed at the production facility of Fatih Emprime, part of Taha Group, Turkey. They have commenced production after installation and have been trained by the Grafica team.
Grafica’s distributor Fatih Tekstil will also provide live demos of nano-prinTex and nano-prinTag at Fatih Emprime’s production facility.
Grafica also showcased its nano-series screen printing machines and allied products, in association with its another distributor, Anka Serigrafi Kimya Sallari San, Sti, Istalbul. Live demo of printing various UV special effects over a duly offset printed Istanbul multi-colour poster was another special attraction at the Fespa-Eurasia exhibition.
Anka will take care of distribution of Grafica’s flatbed screen printing machines for customers in graphics and industrial screen printing segment. The nano-series machines, namely the nano-print, nano-print plus, nano-screen maker 5-in-1, nano-sharpener, and nano-uv (24”) have been now installed at Anka’s show room-cum-demo centre in Istanbul.
