Power Finance Corporation floats tender for printing its annual report

The earnest money deposit required is Rs.1.7-lac, and last date for submission of sealed tenders is 28 June.

In addition to the 1.2 lac copies of annual report and envelopes for the shareholders, the company would also have to print 500 English and 300 Hindi deluxe versions of the annual report and envelopes.

The annual report for the shareholders should be offset printed, with a 4-colour cover and 2-colour inside pages, and perfect binding. The deluxe versions, however, would be printed in 4-colour throughout with section sewn cover drawn binding and matt lamination.

Applicant should be based in Delhi NCR with in-house facilities including designing, dispatch etc. to execute the job, and should have executed at least two printing jobs related to printing of annual reports worth Rs. 1- lac and above as a single order in each of the financial year 2009-10 and 2010-11. In addition, the company should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.25-crore in the last two financial years.
