Pradhan to head Henkel adhesive division

Associated with the firm since 2011, Pradhan will drive business and improve profitability of the industrial adhesives division.

Pradhan has replaced Anil Krishna, who is well known as the adhesive technology specialist and retired from the organisation in December 2012.

In his career spanning over 20 years, Pradhan has extensive experience in the flexible packaging industry. Formerly, he was the chief operating officer of Positive Packaging, where he was responsible for transforming business and boosting financial performance. He has worked with some of the leading firms in the segment like Huhtamaki PPL. His career also includes a stint in Sydney, Australia as plant manager for Huhtamaki.

 “He has been instrumental in driving process control and promoting the product development centre in India. Under his leadership, the SBU unit has adopted a customer centric approach,” said a company spokesperson.

Pradhan is a mechanical engineer and a management graduate from Mumbai University.
