Paruchuri said “We saw a demonstration of Pantec Rhino at Labelexpo India 2016 and found it to be a complete fit for our existing infrastructure.  The flatbed system, which is equipped with foiling and hologram in-setting units will allow us to add a lot of value to our offerings and also allows us to access niche markets to provide embellishment products at par with the global market.”

The Pantec Rhino II has a revolvable foil head to apply foil across and in web direction. It operates at a speed of up to 25,000 cycles per hour for multi-stepping designs.

According to Ranesh Bajaj, director, Vinsak, which represents Pantec in India, the seven strokes per second speed of Rhino allows production at high-speed with cost-effective tools.

“The machine also accommodates two foil stepping servo levels for independent patterns and six individually controllable heating zones for maximum flexibility in heat management on demanding multi-step designs,” informed Bajaj.

He added, “The best part of Rhino II is that you can attach it inline to any printing press and complete printing as well as finishing in one go. It will save turnaround time while producing high-quality finishing.”
