Bengaluru-based Prakash Digital has recently invested in a Ricoh Pro C7500 fifth colour station digital production press. This machine, now running at the company’s production facility at Bommanahalli, has been supplied by Monotech Systems.

Prakash Digital is a 15-year-old digital printing company working for a vast customer base. An expertise in printing and production of bespoke end products such as ID cards, tags, visiting cards, letterheads, bill books, pamphlets, brochures, posters, signage graphics, etc, the company keeps upgrading its machine portfolio with the constant additions of avant-garde printing presses and equipment to meet the growing market demands for trendy graphic prints.

The production facility of Prakash Digital is already equipped with a line of Xerox, Konica Minolta bizhub press digital production presses as well as a string of other machines, including digital large-format printers, finishing equipment, etc. However, following the installation of Ricoh Pro C7500, the company has gained a new momentum in productivity inclusively improving the print quality, volume, and speed. To an extent, this Ricoh digital press has changed the game of Prakash Digital’s digital printing prowess.

It operates at a speed upgradable up to 95-ppm for printing on a broad array of lightweight as well as well as heavyweight stocks ranging from 40-gsm up to 470-gsm, delivering graphics in 2400x2400-dpi, which is rated as the industry’s leading resolution.
