Praveen Gupta gets a new role at UPM

Taking over the charges, Gupta said, “The self-adhesive label market in India and across South Asia continues to offer a very promising future. I look forward to developing UPM Raflatac’s label stock business further and strengthening our relationships with domestic brands and label printers by delivering reliable high quality products and services.”

 

Gupta brings with him a decade of project management and business development experience in India. During the last few years, he has successfully led UPM’s paper business in India. He has also been instrumental in driving the growth and success of India Recypa engaged in RCP collection and trading business.

 

UPM Raflatac is one of the world’s leading producers of self-adhesive label materials and went few changes in managerial level in the country. The company employs around 2,900 people and made sales of $1.6 billion in 2013.
