Print at Emvies 2015

Organised by The Advertising Club, the Emvies Award is in its 15th year. The award which recognises media planning and business communication has titled Mindshare the agency of the year and Tata Sky was titled the client of the year.

The other brands on the top 10 client list include Procter & Gamble, Marico, Tata Motors, HUL, Mondelez India Foods, Pepsico India, Kelloggs India, Asian Paints, and Colgate Palmolive. Some of the categories at the Emvies include Digital video, OOH, Intergrated Campaign and Media Research among others. Print featured at the Emvies under the Magazine and Media Innovation (Print - dailies) category.
 
Mindshare bagged five Gold, eight Silver and 17 Bronze for its submissions 18 categories. Some of the award-winning campaigns from Mindshare are Kissan Kissanpur (media innovation - print dailies), Kellogg Chocos Coco ki Kahani, Kalia-The cow ki zubani (print - magazine), Kissan Kissanpur (print - dailies), Lay's Google Maps (Innovation - Digital - Mobile / Handheld devices), Pepsi's Preemptive Strike on Social Media (Media innovation - digital - social media), and Crocin How did Crocin become a celebrity (Media innovation - TV - consumer products) among others.
 
For the magazine segment, in addition to Mediashare MediaCom bagged a silver for its Whisper Ultra - Touch the pickle and Maxus bagged a Bronze for Tanishq - Divide and rule. 
 
In the innovation in print dailies category, Lodestar UM took home a Gold for Zest from Tata Motors; Madison Media won the Bronze for Saffolalife.
