Print and Pack 2015 in Indore to kick-off on 9 January

Print and Pack Show 2015 being organised by Indore Master Printers Association (IMPA) will commence on 9 January, 2015 at the Labhganga Exhibition Centre in Indore. This boutique four-day show has attracted over 50 exhibitors to-date.

Faheem Agboatwala, BMPA president, will highlight the significance of grain direction

The major exhibitors confirmed for the show include Bobst, Welbound, TechNova, Fujifilm, Konica Minolta, Malhotra Graphics, Insight Communications etc.

Concurrently, the All India Master Printers Association (AIFMP) will be hosting its 225th Governing Council (GC) meeting. The GC meeting will see more than 200 printers from all over India attend the meet.

With eight office bearers and past-presidents and chairman amongst the attendees, the meet will have a tech-session by Faheem Agboatwala, BMPA president, who will highlight the significance of grain direction. Agboatwala said," It is high time now people start taking grain direction seriously."

"There is less awareness among the commercial printers who think grain direction is used only for packaging," he added. "Printers need to consider grain direction even for laminates and films."

Besides Agboatwala, Mehul Desai of Mail Order Solutions will talk about the pre-requisites of exports and the initial research that a printer has to do before a successful step towards export promotions.
