Print planners and buyers to discuss print power at Conclave

The PrintWeek India Conclave on 30 August 2012 will feature a high-octane panel discussion on print power, and its role in marketing and brand building.

Representatives from media planning and buying, the creative fraternity, the publishing business, and the marketing fraternity will engage in a discussion on - and showcase of - the power of print.

Gokul Krishnamurthy, editor of Campaign India will moderate the panel.
The discussants are: 
- Bharat Kapadia, founder of ideas@BharatKapadia.com
- Indranil Roy, president of Outlook Group; 
- Zuben Tatna, national director-integrated planning of MEC;
- Sharad Haksar, founder and chief executive officer of 1pointsize; 
- Pawan Sarda, chief marketing officer of Future Group.

The full-day Conclave will kick-start with Dr Ajit Ranade, well-known economist and head of the Corporate Economics Cell (CEC) is a research-based advisor for the Aditya Birla Group delivering the prestigious key-note address on macro-economic trends and point how to cope with it.

Besides, the panel discussion on the power of print there will be another panel discussion on Drupa: Review and over plus eight power-packed presentations on brands and campaigns in India, power of engagement and future of print, how to make India one of the world’s leading outsourcing player, the vision and mission for print training, green inviatives, what we can learn from business in Middle India and services of Crisil for MSMEs and how the print industry can benefit from it.

The Conclave will precede the PrintWeek India Awards night during which the top 'prism' will be handed-over to print firms in 19 Quality Awards category and six Performance Awards category.
