The firm has shifted to a new 1300 sq/ft unit in Punjani Industrial Estate in Khopat near Thane.
Prashant Shinde, partner at Print Vision, said, “For last three and half years we have maintained a growth rate of 50% and this year too we are expecting the same growth rate.”
“Over the period, the number of jobs we are getting have been on the rise, and our delivery schedules were not match this. Hence we decided to invest in one more press. This Komori Lithrone was imported from France and has produced only 39 million impressions. It was well maintained and in good condition,” added Shinde.
The new unit is bolstered with a Fujifilm Alinte eight-page violet CTP, the Xerox DC242 for digital printing and perfect binding, folding, centre-pining kit for binding and finishing.
Ruturaj Prabhulkar, partner of Print Vision concluded, “Earlier our operations were scattered in different locations but now we have everything under one roof. This will allow us to cater all type of commercial and packaging jobs from small quantity to large quantity. We have also started high quality cosmetic carton printing and have plans to expand our setup in that direction. Being the first machine of the size 20-inch x 28-inch in Thane, we have a huge scope. Earlier freelancers and printers had to send jobs to Mumbai or Navi Mumbai for this size.”
