Printonica wins big at HP Inkspiration Awards 2021
HP recently announced the results of the HP Inkspiration Awards 2021, recognising outstanding and innovative work by print services providers using market leader HP Indigo digital printing technology across Asia Pacific and Japan. The awards feature two broad categories, commercial and label and packaging, with 18 and 10 sub-categories for PSPs to compete under respectively. A total of 23 winners from across eight countries were announced, and 20 PSPs achieved the Special Recognition award.

Among them, Indian PSPs won total 10 Awards. Five of these went to Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh-based Sri Sivarama Digital Press – Printonica. It was named winner in the B2-size photo book category, where it also received Special Recognition. It received another Special Recognition in the consumer photo book category, and won in two more categories — calendar and marketing collateral.
Canvera Digital Technologies won the photo book category in the commercial segment.
In the label and packaging category, Janus International received special recognition in wine and non-alcoholic label. In the flexible packaging category, Huhtamaki India and Trigon Packaging were named winner and Special Recognition respectively. Trigon also received Special Recognition in the environmental responsibility category.
Sri Sivarama Digital Press – Printonica was also among the four PSPs who were named Grand Winners in the annual event for showcasing the most inspiring work, elevating brands in the region through innovative, expressive and meaningful experiences.
