Papers Worldwide will be on stall Hall 7/ D17/A.
“Printers who want to move up the value chain need to differentiate and upgrade. Fine quality paper is one of the most visible areas of differentiation,” said Vikramjeet Singh Judge of Papers Worldwide. “We believe using our papers will allow printers to have stand out quality, add value to the end product through quality papers and also command a premium.”
Papers Worldwide is a global paper trading company with its head office in the UAE and five warehouses cum offices in India. “In the last few years, due to popular demand, we have increased our product offering substantially. We are the exclusive agents and master distributors of Neenah Paper Mills, USA; Fibre Mark; Crane Paper and Monadnock papers. We also supply fine papers from Spain and Moorim papers, South Korea. Eco-friendly to the core, we stock the largest portfolio of FSC certified and recycled fine papers in the country,” said Judge.
Papers Worldwide believes in change and moving with the times. Judge said the company launched eco-friendly fine paper products to India and the Middle East when no one believed in green paper offerings. “As technology has enabled globalisation and technologically aware citizens, we are also moving towards a digital printing world. We are at the forefront of this space,” he added.
For this, the company has developed customised brands and labels to suit client needs, such as its recycled series Worldwide Green.
“We realised very early that people value green offerings and paper that is recycled and chlorine-free resonates with the responsible global citizen. The desire to contribute towards a greener planet is strong among the new generation and we are with them on this,” Judge said.
He said a show like PrintPack India allows the company to reach out to a focused group of people in the printing, packaging and paper industry. “Marketing the strengths of any product or company goes hand in hand with sales. One of our specific objectives for PrintPack 2017 is to engage with potential paper partners and spread to regions where we are not yet present. We believe the potential for growth within the Indian subcontinent is very high,” he added.
And the company has grown. During PrintPack 2015, the company had a small office and warehouse in Chennai. Today, it operates five warehouses across the country.
Judge believes that demonetisation will have a positive effect as 'all cash, no bill' paper traders will be forced to bill and pay taxes. “This makes the playing field even while bringing transparency in business dealings. Papers Worldwide's transactions are always billed,” Judge said.
