The Iecho digital-cutter at the show and the EngView software has been sold to Faridabad-based PR Packagings. Tushar Pande, director of Emerging Graphics, said, “PR Packagings opted for this machine as they found it to be a reliable. The company will be using it for cutting packaging applications, corrugation and foams of up to 35-mm.”
Iecho BK1311 has a bed size of 1300x1100-mm and operates at a speed of 1,000-mm/sec. “This machine has a camera for perfect registration and cuts printed boards/corrugated sheets from the backside. The USP of the machine is the electric oscillating tool which can handle foam cutting of up to 35-mm,” added Pande.
At PrintPack India 2019, Emerging Graphics also sold the Iecho to Chennai-based First Pack, Bengaluru-based Sukee Print Pack. Meanwhile, B&B Triple Wall Corrugated Containers opted for the higher-end model, BK3 1730, which has a bed size of 1700x3000-mm and runs at a speed of 1,500-mm/sec.
Pune-based SuperPack has procured the EngView licence. EngView Package Design & Display Designer Suite is a CAD software for POP, POS displays, and also has its applications in folding cartons, corrugated and rigid boards. EngView software is available in various modules as per the customer requirements.
At the show, Emerging also had live demonstrations of Founder’s SuperLine anti-counterfeiting software and promoted the Xinxin embossing machine.
“SuperLine is an effective anti-counterfeiting software with features such as relief, engraving rasterisation, micro text, and lock-opening, which plays a key role in bank notes, passports, certificates, and packaging,” Pande said.
Overall Emerging Graphics has installed 11 Iecho digital-cutters and has over 40 installations of EngView and PaSharp software.
Pande is optimistic about securing more deals at the end of six-day expo.
