PrintPack 2019: Line O Matic to launch two new machines

Both the machines will be demonstrated at Line O Matic’s 588 sqm booth, informed Dilip Golani, senior manager – marketing, Line O Matic Graphic Industries.

“The Bolt RB104 Max can manufacture stapled exercise notebooks at a speed of 500 metres per minute and the SWM 100 is used to wrap the notebooks with shrink film. We have more than 200 installations of fully automatic exercise book machine in India. The new model Bolt RB104 Max will be introduced at the show. Moreover, we have developed shrink wrapping machine for the first time and will demonstrate it during the show,” said Golani.

The manufacturer will also showcase automatic reel-to-sheet ruling and flexo printing machine, SHS 104S, which runs at 300 metres per minute and exercise book binding machine Uno B104.

Golani added, “If a printer wants to venture into the exercise notebook manufacturing segment he must spend time at our booth to witness the range of automatic and semi-automatic exercise notebook machines.”

Since PrintPack India 2017, Line O Matic has introduced several new machines to the market. These include automatic filler paper machine Prime RF104; shrink wrapping machines - SWM 50 and SWM 100; automatic book cutting machine with squaring and round corner cutting unit - BCM104; and a four pocket cut size sheeter CSS 20.

Overall, Line O Matic has installed more than 3000 machines worldwide.

With 25 days to go, the countdown to the PrintPack India 2019 has begun. The six-day show with more than 415 exhibitors and over 22,546 sqm of booked floorspace is set to commence on 1 February 2019 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.
