PrintPack 2019: Orange O Tec to introduce KoloRado digital cutter and Picador CAD software
Surat-based Orange O Tec will demonstrate KoloRado KR3 digital cutter and Picador 8 CAD software for packaging.

Aayush Rathi, director, Orange O Tec, said, “The KR3 is a high precision digital cutting system. It is suitable for sample making, small scale production and production lines in sign, advertising, printing and packaging industries.”
According to Rathi, it is equipped with modularised cutting tools, which satisfies the customer’s unique cutting requirements.
Orange O Tec has joined hands with France-based Treedim as their pan India distributor and support centre. Picador, the CAD software from Treedim, is used worldwide by over 4,500 users including packaging manufacturers, digital printers, industrial users or trademark companies, and designers among others.
Orange O Tec will demonstrate how Picador 8 enables structural and parametric 2D CAD drawing geometry, 3D automatic folding, 3D product/packaging assembly and 3D animation.
Recently, ITC Packaging & Printing Division has deployed Picador at its design department to simplify the keyline diagram making process.
Besides KoloRado KR3 and Picador 8, Orange O Tec will also highlight Colorix SubPro I dye-sublimation printer.
Few of the marquee names in Orange O Tec’s clientele include Viraj Prints and ITC, among others.

The countdown to the PrintPack India 2019 has begun. The six-day show with more than 480 exhibitors and over 24,500 sqm of booked floorspace is set to commence on 1 February 2019 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.
