PrintPack 2019: Print-O-Graph to demonstrate Rapido software for job monitoring

“In our day-to-day hectic schedules, a printing press owner has to perform a balancing act between acquiring new jobs, scheduling print jobs in time, and answering calls of a client with real-time updates. Rapido is a technological combination of hardware and software for a real-time job monitoring system in all departments of your printing press,” said a Print-O-Graph spokesperson.

Rapido can be deployed at a press with one or two printing machines, a medium scale unit or a large company with multi machines.

In Rapido, one can line up four upcoming jobs and can see four finished job status along with the running job. It evaluates and displays time left for the remaining job, and one can download daily, weekly or monthly report of productivity, downtime, shift reports, etc of each machine.

“Our solution is a production monitoring system for every printer. He can install it on one machine and later on he can add for other machines. It is very cost effective and a printer can definitely assess his production capability by using Rapido,” the spokesperson added.
