PrintPack 2019: Shri to launch automatic lamination machine

Ashish Patel of Shri Export Import said, “The HM 110YT is an automatic high sheetfed lamination machine for BOPP, PET and PVC film lamination with inline sheeting.”

The HM 110YT has two cutting options — throw knife and hot knife.

It throughputs at 8,000 sheets per hour and helps save adhesive cost by 30% as compared to conventional lamination machine. 

“It helps customers to do high-speed lamination with sheeting. The most critical lamination is MetPET and this machine is specially designed to do MetPET lamination and sheeting at high speed,” added Patel. 

The machine comprises of an advanced heating and evaporating technology to eliminate wrinkles.

Meanwhile, the Yawa TYM 780 machine can do die-cutting, hot foil stamping and embossing.

It can do hot foil stamping from both the sides, vertical as well as horizontal.

Shri has installed two Homan machines and 20 Yawa machines in India.

Apart from the lamination and die-cutting machines, Shri will also highlight 50-60 used printing and packaging machines at PrintPack 2019.

Shri boasts of having more than 500 installations worldwide. It clocked a turnover of more than Rs 70-crore in 2018.

The countdown to the PrintPack India 2019 has begun. The six-day show with more than 480 exhibitors and over 24,500 sqm of booked floorspace is set to commence on 1 February 2019 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.
