PrintPack 2019: Zhongke to launch rigid box making machine and flute laminator
Zhongke India will launch ZK-660FCS high-speed automatic rigid box making machine and WHL-1512 flute laminator.

Rohit Rajpal, director, Zhongke India, said, “WHL-1512 machine automatically adjusts itself simply upon entering the parameters like paper length, width and weight. The machine configures itself and gets ready for production, thus saving on time and improves performance.”
The WHL 1512 is a fully automatic paper to flute lamination machine. The machine has two models - automatic high-speed pick-up machine and automatic flip-flop machine.
According to Rajpal, ZK-660 FCS is an upgrade of its existing model, “The machine has additional servo motors for higher speed and precision. It can produce 35 boxes per minute and full computer function parameter setting and fault alarm function. This fully automatic rigid box making machine uses servo motors, visual manipulator system and touch screen interface system for easy operations. All operations like paper feeding, gluing, cardboard four corner tapping, positioning, edge covering, and full ear folding, forming, shaping of the finished box are fully automatic."

Along with the rigid box making machine and flute laminator, Zhongke India will occupy 350 sqm stand to highlight its wide range of machines which include automatic semi-rigid box making machine ZK-5540WL, ZFM900 automatic multi-utility case making machine, YS SR 108 automatic high-speed dry lamination machine and KLZ 930 automatic grooving machine.
He said, “ZK-5540 WL can run paper as well as corrugation boards. The machine does online folding, gluing, and helps to form semi-rigid boxes used for sweets, fruit trays, confectionery and garments.”
It boasts of a speed of 2,500 boxes per hour.
Zhongke experienced its sales increase by a whopping 300% in 2018.
It boasts of having done more than 200 installations. Few of the marquee names in its clientele include Replika Packaging, TCPL, and Canpac Trends, among others.
