According to Parmeshwar Patidar of Indus Analytics, PPA framework is a concept that the company is trying to educate the print industry.

“This (PPA framework) will educate printers about the necessary areas that need to be upgraded in order to implement process automation in workflow,” Patidar told PrintWeek. “EPR is a part of the PPA framework, but before that we need to educate the printers and their employees about developing process excellence.”

Investing in people along with the machinery and infrastructure was another idea coined by Patidar even during the MMS Round Table held in Alibaug last month. Patidar has roped in Mumbai Mudrak Sangh (MMS) and World Print Hub to support the cause of educating the industry.

During the show, he also released his new book, The Profitable Press (A PPC Method), which discovers effective ways to automate processes to have more control over printing business. The book highlights one of the 22 ways to make a business profitable using the PPA framework.

"It’s a must-read book for those who don't have PPC in their printing press. I am sure they will get the value after reading this book," Patidar added.

“Upskilling the employees is paramount to run a successful business,” Patidar said. “I have created 22 action points. We will be conducting 12 webinars covering the 22 action points in association with MMS.”

Additionally, the company also announced five bookings for its Indus Print ERP and several good enquiries and lead generation.
