At PrintPack 2025, Acme Rolltech launched a new engraving cell structure, the Acme Super Cell (ASC). It is a redefined version of the hexagon structure used by 95% of the flexo industry.
Commenting on the launch, Sandeep Sharma, managing director of Acme Rolltech, said, “The advantage comes from the latest engraving technology and the coating infrastructure that we have invested in.”
When asked about consumer feedback, Sharma mentioned that the company has tested ASC with some customers, and the feedback has been awesome.
When asked about any deals being signed at PrintPack 2025, he mentioned that the company works with several original equipment manufacturers (OEM) manufacturers across India, but at the same time, with the latest launch, the company will have discussions with OEMs.
Sharma also shared that the company intends to invest in laser engraving. Sharing plans for 2025, He said, “We export to almost 30 countries currently and we intend to reach almost 50 countries by the end of the year.”
India’s print and packaging industry is already a big market and growing rapidly. Sharma observed that at PrintPack 2025, there were more made-in-India products and solutions, and that will continue to be the story.
He also mentioned that Acme Rolltech sustainability is the core of whatever the company does, and it just isn’t a buzzword. He mentioned that the company encourages carpooling and bike pooling, and the company incentivises the employees to follow it.
