The Accuregister was introduced to the market in 2022 with benefits such as no sheet edge contact, high-performance cameras and a wide correcting range. It will be demonstrated live during the show days.

Mandar Patwardhan of Bobst said, “The Accuregister is a contactless registration system for Bobst that helps improve packaging production. The Novacut 106E provides room for both die-cutter versatility and productivity. It can reduce machine stoppages by up to 80% at critical points enabling streamlined production.”

The high-performance cameras and their sheet performance range enable cut-to-print accuracy and operational flexibility. The Accuregister system traces its roots to the power register system introduced in the 2000s.

Over 25 years of development, Accuregister has evolved to offer precision and efficiency. It has been developed to work seamlessly with Novacut and Visioncut 106 die-cutters and is capable of processing a wide range of substrates, including cartons, solid boards, corrugated boards and paper.

The Accuregister can correct sheets up to about six-mm in the forward direction and 13-mm in the lateral direction. It can also reduce setting times and feed-related stops. It integrates into the Bobst Connect system to provide equipment production and efficiency data.

Bobst will be at Hall: 14 / Stall: I24.
