Rithik Khokhar, a second-generation entrepreneur of the family-run business, said, “We have established a strong presence in digital and offset printing, and this move into label printing aligns with our vision for growth. This diversification will allow us to offer more to our customers and potentially double our business.”

While the UFO 370 is a ten-colour flexo press, Devendra Prints & Packaging has opted for an eight-colour configuration to start.

“As demand grows, we will extend our colour gamut,” Khokhar added. The 370mm-wide press will be catering to shrink sleeves and self-adhesive label customers, with installation planned for March 2025.

Abhay Datta of UV Graphic Technologies, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “We take pride in supporting Indian printers with ‘Made in India’ solutions tailored to their needs. Our machines enable converters and printers to expand into new segments like labels and flexible packaging. Devendra Prints & Packaging is a great example of this, and we wish them all the best in their new venture.”

With this strategic investment, Devendra Prints & Packaging is set to strengthen its market position and offer cutting-edge label printing solutions to its customers.
