At the forefront of Galvomaster’s showcase was its state-of-the-art solvent recovery system. “This is the first of its kind solution developed by an Indian manufacturer. The system features a unique stainless steel, vertical design with a conical shape, integrated scrapers, vacuum systems and a highly user-friendly interface. This innovative technology is tailored for the flexible packaging industry, including CI flexo, ink manufacturers, paint and coating industries, and rotogravure printing. Additionally, the system supports parts cleaning, making it a versatile solution for various industrial applications,” Bhupendra Srivastava and Sushil Jaiswall said.

In addition to the solvent recovery system, Galvomaster introduced its advanced part washing system to clean machine parts, ink trays, gears flexo chambers and industrial chillers. Recognising the critical role of chillers in the printing and packaging sectors, the company developed a range of models with capacities of three, five, 10, 15 and 30 tonnes. These chillers are designed to enhance operational efficiency and meet the growing demands of the industry.

Galvomaster also specialises in custom fabrications. It manufactures carbon diffusers, chimneys, conveyors, and double-jacketed tanks, catering to specific industrial needs. This diversification underscores Galvomaster’s commitment to providing comprehensive solutions to the market.

Galvomaster is also actively engaged in project consulting under its brand Emambit. This division focuses on project consulting, machine installations and commissioning, plant relocations globally, electrical execution work and safety audit. It collaborates with OEMs, such as Heidelberg web carton, Davis Standard (USA), and Prime UV (USA), Shaanxi Berein, Komori, Chambon, Cerruti, Rotomec, Flexotechnica, among others, to provide technical support and machinery services worldwide.

Plant relocation is another key service offered by Emambit. The company recently completed a major relocation project for a Spanish firm specialising in shoe insole manufacturing. This extensive project involved dismantling and reassembling complex machinery, electrical systems, and infrastructure, reaffirming Galvomaster’s expertise in handling large-scale industrial transitions.

With a strong foundation in solvent recovery, industrial chillers, fabrication, project consulting, and recruitment services, Galvomaster continues to expand its footprint in the industry. Its innovative approach and commitment to quality position the company as a key player in India’s industrial sector.
