At PrintPack 2025, Indas Analytics is highlighting its artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot. Parmeshwar Patidar, managing director of Indas Analytics said, “This innovation will bring a drastic change to the industry. It can perform cost estimation in just 20 seconds via WhatsApp, a game-changer. Additionally, it's integrated with ERP, enabling it to generate reports on job status, client status, and stock status in a fraction of a second. This is the core highlight we’re showcasing.” The company has already secured CDC Printers as a customer for the offering.
The company is also showcasing the Print Pulse application. It’s a cost-effective solution for printers who are still managing manual registers. The Print Pulse app can replace these registers and offer a dashboard displaying machine productivity, efficiency, and overall equipment efficiency, as well as performance reports for operators. Lastly, the company is showing the decision support system (DSS), which helps printers generate advanced reports for informed decision-making, helping them face the challenges of report generation.
Patidar spoke about the company’s plans for 2025. He said, “Next year, we’re focusing on fully AI-based systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the printing industry. We’re also launching a special book called Print Growth Chalisa, which includes 40 actionable points for printers. It’s designed to help them grow by 4X if implemented. This is part of our initiative, Print Pathshala, where we educate the industry.”
When asked if he has any suggestions for Indian printers, Patidar said, “The print industry in India is growing rapidly and is expected to grow by 12-17% in the coming years. To stay competitive, printers need to invest in technology, AI, and process automation. Those who aren’t adopting these technologies will face challenges, while those who do will see more profitability and growth.
